Scholarship contract from the university (notarized declaration)

A notarized contract between two parties, one of which is signed by a university, regarding scholarships.

Service Conditions

  • Translating all documents into Arabic

Required Attachments

  • Original passport or Identity Card
  • If one of the parties is an entity, they must provide the memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details, and the decision of the board of directors or partners
  • The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “Apostille” stamp
  • Completed "Know Your Customer” form

  • 3 BD : for each additional copy
