Required Attachments

• Original passport or Identity Card

The applicant:

• If one of the parties is an entity, the memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details, and the decision of the board of directors or partners
• The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy,
• In the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized by the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with an Apostille stamp
• Completed "Know Your Customer” form
• One of the parties mentioned in the notarized document for whom an authenticated replica is to be issued must attend in-person
