Request for a certificate of non-appeal
One of the parties to the case submits a request for a certificate confirming that there has been no appeal to the relevant judge. The party then submits the certificate to the relevant authority requesting it from them

- Log in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select submission of judicial applications
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee notifies the parties of the new date
