Request a certificate of a lawsuit
One of the parties to the case submits a request for a certificate of the occurrence of a lawsuit to the relevant judge. The party then submits the certificate to the authority that has requested it from them

- Log in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Select “Courts and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial applications
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee issues the certificate and sends it to the applicant online
