Request for a certificate of appeal

One of the parties to the case submits a request for a certificate of appeal to the relevant judge. The party then submits the certificate to the relevant authority requesting it from them

  • Select “Court and Cases Services"
  • Select the submission of judicial applications service
  • Enter the case number
  • Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
  • Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee notifies the parties of the new date
