Request for grievance in a labour lawsuit from the employee
One of the parties to the case submits to the relevant judge a request for a grievance related to a labour lawsuit from the employee to appeal the verdict issued by the court. The court which issued the decision appealed against will consider its judgment in the grievance submitted.

- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
