- 30 BD : The aforementioned amount is collected as a fee during the application submission; the application is not registered until the fee is paid in accordance with the aforementioned decree-law

- Log in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select submission of judicial applications
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee notifies the parties of the new date
