Request to register a statement of grievance against precautionary measures

One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to register a statement of grievance against precautionary measures on the adjudication issued by the judge, either via accepting or rejecting the decision regarding the precautionary measures such as a circular freezing bank accounts and travel bans. A judgment is subsequently issued by the court regarding the statement.

  • The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using eKey
  • Select “Court and Cases Services"
  • Select the submission of judicial applications service
  • Enter the case number
  • Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
  • Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
