Request to replace a lost document of the executory judgment
One of the parties to the case applies for a replacement of a lost document of the executory judgment to obtain another executive copy of the judgment. The relevant party submits the request to enable them to implement the judgment through the Execution Court.

- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
