Request to proceed with the execution file
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to proceed with the execution file that was previously suspended based on the court’s verdict.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
