Request to add a party in a labour lawsuit from the employee
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to be added as a party in a labour lawsuit via a plea to add a party. The request is submitted to include a relevant party that was not included in the original lawsuit plea, so that they can be added as a party to the lawsuit in accordance with the relevant plea.

- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
