Request for proof of date in customary documents service thats consists of proving the signature date of a signed customary document without extending to the subject of the document.
Required Attachments
- The customary document of which the date is to be proven
- Minutes showing the date of submission of the request, the applicant’s name, and the non-liability of the Notary Directorate for the information stated in the document of which the date is to be proven
- Completed "Know Your Customer” form
- A valid passport or original ID card
