Notarized power of attorney/declaration
A service for individuals requesting to notarize submitted customary documents in the form of a power of attorney or a declaration.
Required Attachments
- Original passport or Identity Card
- If one of the parties is an entity, the memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details, and the decision of the board of directors or partners
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy (if the powers of attorney are foreign, they must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an Apostille stamp)
- Completed "Know Your Customer" form

- ministerial Resolution No. (28) of 2021 regarding the procedures for prohibiting and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, the illegal transfer of funds across borders in notary work, audit oversight and control and prohibiting dealing with terrorist individuals or entities.
