Notarization of a power of attorney regarding the principal’s share of the estate, as well as granting powers of disposal and management to the agent.
Required Attachments
- Original passport or Identity Card (passport for foreign nationals)
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized by the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an Apostille stamp
- Original Religious Ordinance document
- Completed “Know Your Customer” form by the principals
