Power of attorney to manage a company or shares in a company
Notarization of the company owner or shareholder’s power of attorney, granting powers of disposal and management to the agent.
Required Attachments
- Original passport or Identity Card (passport for foreign nationals)
- The memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details, and the decision of the board of directors or partners
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “Apostille” stamp
- Completed “Know Your Customer” form by the principal
