Execution of the court’s verdict to seize movable property

Based on the decision of the relevant execution judge, the execution officer shall seize the defendant’s movable property, in accordance with a report indicating the items to be seized, their descriptions and the relevant date and location. The report is signed by the designated person in charge of the seizure of the goods, the defendant, and the relevant police officers (if any)
