- 30 BD : The above-mentioned fee is collected during the application submission. The application will not be registered until after the fee is paid in accordance with the above-mentioned Decree-Law.

- Log in to the National Portal using e-Key
- Select "Court Services and Cases"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter case number
- Select the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- After the approval of the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the relevant police station to seize the property.
