Execution of a request for a copy of the lawsuit documents
One of the parties to the case submits a request for a copy of the lawsuit documents in order to review and submit their response to the respective lawsuit or submit it to another party.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee sends a copy of the case files online to the applicant
