One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to address a party, either governmental or non-governmental, in order to prove a right or make a specific inquiry.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee notifies the concerned party according to the submitted request
