Execution of a request to open an inherited locker
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to open an inherited locker left by the deceased (the bequeather of the parties). A report will then be prepared, with the inheritance transferred to the court’s safe and then distributed to the heirs upon the issuance of the judgment in the case.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee moves the inheritance to the appropriate place to open and inventory it, and submits a report to the court
