Execution of a request to open pleadings for a reserved case
One of the parties to the case submits a request to open pleadings for a case that has been reserved for judgment, in order to submit the memoranda or documents that they were unable to submit during the course of the case before it was reserved for judgment.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff sends copies of the documents online to the applicant
