Request to merge cases
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the judge to merge cases to prove the existence of a previous case or based on a related case that requires merging in order to prove the party’s defence or their right in the present case.

Service Processes
- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee includes the required file for the ongoing case with the court
