Execution of a request to disburse a deposited amount
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to disburse an amount that has been deposited in the case in their favor, whether the amount is a deposit payment, bail or as a claim amount.

Service Processes
- Log in to the National Portal using eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff issues a payment order with all their personal information attached. The order is then approved by the relevant head of the unit and the General Registrar Office, so that the amount disbursed to the applicant through the Accounts Department to their relevant international account number (IBAN)
