One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to disburse funds related to the deposit fil in an ongoing case.

Service Processes
- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff issues a disbursement order for the applicant with all their personal information attached
- This is approved by the head of the relevant unit
- This is approved by the General Registrar Office, so that the amount is disbursed to the applicant through the Accounts Department to their relevant international account number (IBAN)
