Execution of the request for the disbursement of the deposit amount
The appointed expert in the case submits a request to the relevant judge for the disbursement of the deposit amount of the owing to them, following submission of their report in relation to the case.

Service Processes
- The applicant logs in to the National Portal using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff issues a payment order for the amount deposited to the applicant, with all their personal information attached and this is approved by the head of the relevant unit
- The payment order is approved by the General Registrar Office, so that the amount is disbursed to the applicant through the Accounts Department to their relevant international account number (IBAN)
