Submit a request to lift a travel ban

One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to lift the travel ban issued against them or the opposing party due to a conciliation or settlement between the parties.

Service Processes

  • Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
  • Select “Court and Cases Services”
  • Select the submission of judicial applications service
  • Enter the case number
  • Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
  • Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff addresses the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs to lift the travel ban on the person prohibited from traveling according to the court’s verdict
