Execution of a request to lift the seizure of movable property
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to lift the seizure of movable property due to a settlement or conciliation between the two parties, as well as the termination of the relevant case. Through this request, the relevant party can restore the movable property to its previous state.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- After the approval of the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the relevant police station to release the indicated movable property from seizure.
- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key and select “Courts and Cases Services”. Select the submission of judicial applications service, enter the case number and choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial applications. Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the relevant police station to release the indicated movable property from seizure.
