Executing a request for expert fee estimation
The appointed expert for the court case submits a request to the relevant judge to estimate the cost of their services in excess of the amount of the security deposit which has been deposited after the issuance of the case judgment. The relevant judge decides whether to add additional fees in excess of the amount of the security deposit by adding it to the issued judgment and delivering a copy of the judgment to the applicant.

- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
