Execution of a request to correct a material error in judgment
One of the parties to the case submits a request to correct a material error in the judgment, in order for the relevant judge to check if there is a material error. If an error is found, it is corrected and a verdict is sent to the parties.

Service Processes
- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff sends a copy of the judgment online to the applicant
