Request to register a statement of grievance
One of the parties to the case submits to the relevant judge a request to register a statement of grievance to appeal against the verdict issued by the court. The court that issued the contested verdict will consider the grievance statement submitted to it.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the decision
