Execution of a request for the replacement of an arbitrator
The applicant shall submit a request to the relevant judge to replace the arbitrator appointed by the court for the two parties involved in the case. The request will state the reason for requesting the replacement of the arbitrator.

- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services" and then select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff sends the assignment letter to the new arbitrator
