Execution of a request to reduce the deposit amount
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to implement the request to reduce the deposit amount. The relevant party submits the request in order to for them to pay a lesser amount that than which was decided by the court.

- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff modifies the order of the amount due as determined by the judge. This is done so that the applicant can pay through the unified payment services available on the eGovernment website under services offered by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf
