Execution of a request to deposit an amount that is pending in a lawsuit
One of the parties involved in the case submits a request to the relevant judge to deposit an amount that is pending in a lawsuit. This is the amount of money which the relevant party might be required to pay or the amount acknowledged by the applicant based on the filed lawsuit.

Service Processes
- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff issues an order to receive the relevant amount. Then the applicant can pay the required amount to be deposited through the unified payment services available on the eGovernment website under services offered by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf.
