Submit a request to impose a travel ban
One of the parties submits to the relevant judge a request to impose a travel ban in order to preserve their right and prevent the opposing party from fleeing the country.

- 30 BD : The above-mentioned fee is collected during the application submission. The application will not be registered until after the fee is paid in accordance with the above-mentioned Decree-Law.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff addresses the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs to prevent one of the parties from traveling according to the court’s verdict
