One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to seize the movable property of the opposing party, preserving their rights and preventing the relevant property being misused or disposed of.

- 30 BD : The above-mentioned fee is collected during the application submission. The application will not be registered until after the fee is paid in accordance with the above-mentioned Decree-Law.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select "Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter case number
- Select the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- After the approval of the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff takes the necessary action by notifying the relevant police station to seize the movable property.
