Execution of a request to impose a precautionary seizure on a vehicle
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to impose a precautionary seizure on a vehicle in order to preserve their right and prevent the sale of the vehicle in question by the opposing party.

- 30 BD : The above-mentioned fee is collected during the application submission. The application will not be registered until after the fee is paid in accordance with the above-mentioned Decree-Law.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff addresses the General Directorate of Traffic to impose a precautionary seizure on the vehicle
