Execution of the request to freeze bank accounts
One of the parties submits a request to the relevant judge to issue a circular in order to freeze the bank accounts of the opposing party to preserve their right and prevent the withdrawal of amounts from the accounts of the opposing party.

- 30 BD : The above-mentioned fee is collected during the application submission. The application will not be registered until after the fee is paid in accordance with the above-mentioned Decree-Law.

- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff addresses the Central Bank of Bahrain to freeze the bank accounts
