Execution of a request for court summons to be delivered through the diplomatic channel
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge for a court summons to be delivered through the diplomatic channel. The party submits the request to notify a relevant party residing outside the Kingdom of Bahrain through the diplomatic channel via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Service Processes
- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff issues a letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the court summons through the diplomatic channel
