Execution of a request to send a specific amount to the Execution Court
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to send a specified deposited amount to the Execution Court, to be added to the relevant execution file and delivered to the relevant plaintiff.

Service Processes
- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff issues an order to disburse the amount deposited with the relevant Execution Court. The order is then approved by the relevant head of the unit and the General Registrar Office, respectively, so that the amount is disbursed by the Accounts Department of the Execution Court.
