Execution of a request to file an address
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to file an address due to the address of one of the parties not being provided in advance or the wrong address being filed.

Service Processes
- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff takes the necessary action at the filed address of the party, in accordance with the submitted application and notifies them of the case.
