Execution of a request to reopen a terminated court case
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to reopen a terminated court case, which has been terminated by a prior judgment. A new court session is subsequently set to infrom the parties.

Service Processes
- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
