Execution of a request to resume the case proceedings previously suspended by a mutual agreement from both parties
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to resume the previously suspended case proceedings by a mutual agreement between the two parties, and for which a judgment has been issued by the court. Upon approval from the relevant judge, a court session is set to inform the parties of the resumption.

- The applicant logs in to the eGovernment website using their eKey
- Select “Court and Cases Services"
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
