Execution of a request to resume a suspended case
One of the parties to the case submits to the relevant judge a request to resume a case that was suspended by a previous decision of the court due to conciliation or settlement efforts between the parties or the case was connected to another case.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff sets a session and informs the parties
