Execution of a request to return a deposited amount

One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to return a deposited amount. This request is submitted in order to disburse an amount which the party had originally deposited in the case file as a deposit payment, bail or as a claim amount.

Service Processes

  • Log in to the eGovernment website using e-Key
  • Select “Court and Cases Services”
  • Select the submission of judicial applications service
  • Enter the case number
  • Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
  • Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff takes the necessary action by issuing a disbursement order to return the amount deposited by the applicant, with all his personal information attached. The order is then approved by the and it is approved the relevant head of the unit and the General Registrar Office, so that the amount is disbursed to the applicant through the Accounts Department to their relevant international account number (IBAN)
