Submitting a request for the accreditation of foreign powers of attorney
Submitting a request for the accreditation of a foreign power of attorney for the party’s attorney in the relevant execution file to the directorate, which will enable him/her to view the file’s data and take action in it after his power of attorney is accredited.
Required Attachments
- Copy of a valid foreign power of attorney

- Civil and Commercial Procedures Act promulgated by Legislative Decree No. (12) of 1971 as amended

Service Processes
- Access the National Portal.
- Log In: Use your personal credentials to log into your account.
- Select the Service: Search for the service titled “Submit a Request to Approve Foreign Powers of Attorney” from the list of available services.
- Attach Required Documents: Upload a valid and certified copy of the foreign power of attorney.
- Submit the Request: Once all information and documents are completed, submit the request electronically.
