Submit a new request and update the database of Zakat beneficiaries
Involves receiving new applications for Zakat and updating the list of Zakat beneficiaries via the Email address for the Social Research Department: social.working@moia.gov.bh. The applicants receive an SMS containing a URL link to the online application form and the required supporting documents.

Service Processes
- A URL link is sent via SMS to the beneficiaries registered with the Social Research Department
- The application form and the required supporting documentation must be sent via email to the Social Research Department
- Applications are processed through the Department’s internal electronic systems to assess eligibility to receive Zakat, in accordance with the relevant conditions and requirements
- The beneficiaries are notified of eligibility to receive Zakat via an SMS
