Operation of Umrah trips (Makkah/Madinah)

This service allows approval to be obtained for the operation of Umrah pilgrimages to Makkah and visits to Madinah.

Required Attachments

  • Completed form by the Hajj and Umrah agents stating compliance with the operational requirements.
  • Copy of the bus contract
  • Copy of the accommodation contract
  • Information sheet for each pilgrim
  • Travel insurance coverage for the pilgrims

  • Ministerial Resolution No. 21 of 2017 on organizing Umrah campaigns.
