Registration of a plea for amendment of requests in a labour lawsuit from the employee
One of the parties to the case submits to the relevant judge a request to register a plea for amendment of requests in a labour lawsuit from the employee, in order to amend the requests presented in the original lawsuit, such as amending the amount mentioned in the original lawsuit. The parties are notified of the plea for amendment and a judgment is issued in accordance with the request.

- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff notifies the parties of the new date
