Execution of a request to add a party
One of the parties to the case submits a request to the relevant judge to register a plea to add a party, who was not previously included in the original lawsuit, to be a party to the lawsuit.

- Log in to the eGovernment website using eKey
- Search for “Court and Cases Services” and select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant member of staff adds the new party and sends the court summons papers
