Registration of a plea for omitted requests in Sharia cases

One of the parties to the case submits a request to register a plea for omitted requests in Sharia lawsuits stating a list of the requests that the court had neglected to rule on. A session is then appointed with the relevant judge for the consideration of the request

  • Select submission of judicial applications
  • Enter the case number
  • Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
  • Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee notifies the parties of the new date
